Vernon Mumba

Vernon has more than 20 years of experience across mining, mineral processing, exploration, construction and fixed plant. He began his career as an artisan rigger and conveyor belt technician, then moved into safety and statutory compliance, and on to senior HSE leadership roles.
He has developed integrated HSE management systems, led incident investigations, written SOPs for high-risk processes and built emergency response plans for remote exploration projects.
